You can find someone 24 hrs in reception. There is a tourism desk at the entrance of hotel.

The wifi internet is not free. In general the hotel was moderate and outdated.

the rooms are too simple according to the requested price, nobodey is speacking english - the staff is nice but without english even their good will it's not staicfying

For the price I paid, I couldn't have asked for more. The room at Foz Presidente Comfort Hotel was like a cozy apartment with a stunning view of the city and a nice-sized swimming pool. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus station and shopping streets. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed.

The breakfast could have had more variety of options.

the staff do not speak english only spanish and portoguese but 5they do their best to help u . i made a reservation for the taxi from the airport to the hotel as we had 4 large suitcases but the taxi didn t show .

I stayed at this hotel and it was totally worth the money! The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient too, with restaurants nearby and a travel agency in the lobby that helped us book amazing trips to the falls and Paraguay.

Only one tiny thing that could have been better about the breakfast offerings was the limited buffet choice in the evening.

We recently stayed at this four-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is very convenient, as it is situated on a street that is easy to find. It is also very central, with just a short walk to the bus station and main shopping streets. We were able to explore the city and visit the falls and other attractions without any hassle. Additionally, there is a big shopping center within a 10-minute walk.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, just a few streets away from the bus station and close to main shopping streets. The room I stayed in was like an apartment, with a beautiful view of the city and a clean swimming pool. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Great price and clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a good variety of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. The location was perfect for exploring the city and it was easy to find local restaurants and shops nearby.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow and not very reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. The shower in the bathroom could have been better as it was not very powerful.
